After almost three decades in the same location the firm made the decision to relocate to a street level suite in the heart of the Roosevelt neighborhood. The design utilizes changes in level to create unique work and gathering environments within the larger volume. The furniture while traditional in configuration is fed from multiple small floor boxes that allow for the work area to be reconfigured as the firm continues its evolution from an all in-person model to a hybrid organization with staff that come in only when required by the project or by preferred method of working. A large mural as well as a thirty-foot display shelf with rotating local art and plantings provide engagement with the street inviting passers by to interact with the space and discover the work of the firm.
