Tenant improvement for a growing structural engineering firm. The nature of the firm’s practice involves a predominately in-person model without a requirement for a lot of ancillary space for focused work or phone calls. To break down long expanses of desks, deep partial height walls topped with thick glulam beams have been provided for a sense of personal space while also allowing for a more bespoke look than a traditional workstation panel. A minimal palette with select usage of color and wood give a clean appearance in balance with the floor to ceiling windows and exposed concrete structure.
