The commons is an exploration of how a workplace can function for a fully-distributed workforce. The client was interested in providing intelligently designed spaces that would allow remote individual and teams to gather while facilitating an all-hands meeting without requiring a large meeting room. The common floors are arranged in two halves, one that is more open facilitating a livelier work environment with hospitality inspired settings while the other promotes quieter focused sessions for both individual contributors and teams.
