130,000sf, 5 Floor tenant improvement for a rapidly growing online retailer. The guiding theme for the project was “speed” due to the site’s proximity to the highway as well as the company’s goal to give the consumer faster access to products. The theme was expressed in planning with strong axes terminated by views or amenities and was reinforced through finish selection/placement, lighting, environmental graphics and a custom art installation on each floor with artifacts sourced based on the project theme.
